Verq Check — Help
Installing, enabling, and using the pre-signature note review for WebPT. Need a hand? support@verq.ai.
Install and enable
On Chrome or Microsoft Edge (desktop)
- Add the extension
Install Verq Check from the browser's extension store and pin it to the toolbar.
- Open WebPT
Sign in to WebPT and open a clinical note as you normally would.
- Open the panel
Click the Verq Check toolbar button. The score and findings appear in a side panel beside the chart.
On iPad (Safari)
- Install the app
Install Verq Check from the App Store. It carries the Safari extension inside it.
- Turn the extension on
Open the app and follow the steps, or go to Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions and enable Verq Check. In Safari, you can also tap the puzzle-piece icon in the address bar.
- Allow it on WebPT
When prompted, allow Verq Check on your clinic's WebPT address, and choose the every-time option so the check keeps running.
Granting site access
Verq Check reads a page only on sites you allow, one site at a time. Grant it on your WebPT address only — you do not need, and should not choose, “allow on all websites.” It reads the clinical note on the open WebPT page in order to check it; it does not read other sites, your credentials, or browse on your behalf.
Using it
Open a note, open the panel, and read the findings — claim-blockers first, each with the rule behind it. The note carries a score out of 100; fix the findings and watch it climb, then sign when it's clean. See what it catches.
Privacy and troubleshooting
Notes are de-identified in your browser before anything is sent; no PHI reaches our servers. How that works · Privacy policy.
Not seeing the panel? Check that the extension is enabled and that you've allowed it on your WebPT address. Still stuck — email support@verq.ai with your browser and a description of what you see.
